Ministries at GBC
Children’s Ministry
From nursery through elementary, we strive to build a solid Biblical foundation. We are following along with the two-year Bible reading, so the lessons in Children’s Church and Sunday School mirror what families are reading at home. Our desire is to give children the opportunity to meet with God through prayer, worship, and studying His Word. We pray that their lives will be guided by Christ as they learn to surrender to Him.
On Wednesdays (6:00 pm) we have DELTA Kids for children 3 years old through 6th grade. Children study God’s word and earn badges for scripture memory and life skills.
Youth Ministry
Youth meet during Sunday School and then join corporate worship.
On Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 8:30, 6th graders through High School seniors meet for Bible study and fellowship. Our mission is to Grow disciples who Make disciples as we Worship God together.
Women’s Ministry
We help women build friendships, encourage women in spiritual growth, and reach out to women in our community with the love of Jesus.
The BYKOTA Sunday School class meets Sunday mornings. This is an inter-generational group of women who support one another.
Men’s Ministry
We greatly value the responsibility that men have as the leaders in their homes. Men At Grandview (MAG) meet once a month (times vary, so check the schedule). Men are encouraged to also meet with an accountability group.
During the school season, on the last Saturday of the month (8am), men from many area churches meet together at Grandview for Bible study, fellowship, and a hearty breakfast.
Sunday school
We encourage all of our members to participate in a Sunday School class. In these small groups, we dig into the reading from the week and seek to apply the teachings in our lives. Through these groups deeper relationships are built as we walk through life with one another.
